For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we recommend that our guest are fully vaccinated before this event.
All guests will be required to wear a mask. We are asking that everyone bring their own mask to wear when we are indoors for the reception.
To ensure we are in compliance with regulations, the health of each of you are what matters most.
If you have questions about this please let us know. If we are in the last day or two leading into the wedding, we may refer you to our wedding coordinator for answers while we focus on the last details of the ceremony.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
CEREMONY: Will take place outside underneath the pavilion!
RECEPTION: Will take place inside!

Contemporary shades of black combined with elegant hues of champagne gold, and blush pink for Shernavia and Tyrin wedding decor.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire.
Ladies are required to wear cocktail or formal dresses. Gentlemen are required to wear tuxedo or formal suit with tie.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods.
WILL YOU HAVE A OPEN BAR?
There will be a open bar available at the venue. Unfortunately, the bar is not included with your dinner. So please feel free to bring cash or a credit card for alcoholic beverages.
CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Our ceremony will be unplugged. During cocktail hour only we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #joinedwithjefferson so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We recommend all guest to arrive 30 minutes prior before the wedding time.
CAN I BRING A DATE?
Due to COVID, we have a strict guest list & to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only accommodate those listed on your invitation.
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
